Shipping Policy
Any errors in shipping, whether it is a shortage, overage, or
damage, must be reported to Electrical Parts Depot, within seven
(7) days of receipt. |

Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization from Electrical Parts
Depot, authorization numbers may be received by emailing
service@electricalpartsdepot.com during regular business hours,
and must be boldly displayed on the outside of all packages
returned for any adjustments. Any items returned, except those
returned due to an error by Electrical Parts Depot, will be
subject to a 25% restocking charge. A copy of the original
invoice must accompany all returns, as well as a note stating in
detail what the reason for return is. All returns must be sent
freight pre-paid. No credit or adjustment will be given on any
products returned that were 1) not purchased from Electrical
Parts Depot, 2) installed and then subsequently removed, or 3)
misused or mishandled in any manner. No credit will be issued on
any products purchased over six (6) months prior to the date of
return. any returns received, that have not been authorized, may
be rejected and returned, or may be subject to a 50% handling
charge.
